Over 700 teams from across the US, Canada, and Mexico will compete. Sign up early! The event has SOLD OUT the last 10 years. This is an AAU Licensed Event.

Every team is guaranteed 7 matches throughout the tournament.

WIN & EARN YOUR WAY TO SEASON’S END

Championship teams can have their season-end event entry reimbursed:

Open Division Winners: USAV GJNC* or AAU Nationals or Volleyball Festival Championships
Club & Classic Division Winners: AAU Nationals or Volleyball Festival Championships

*USAV GJNC requires qualification.

TEAM FEES

Entry Fee: $925 per team if paid BEFORE Dec. 23, 2026 ($1025 thereafter)
AAU Memberships:
- Club: $30
- Adult/Coach: $55 1-year; $75 2-year
- Youth/Player: $22

AAU MEMBERSHIP

This is an AAU licensed event.
Each Club must be registered with AAU ($30 and good until Aug. 31, 2027)
All players and coaches must be AAU members (Coaches $55 one year or $75 two years / $22 players and good until Aug. 31, 2027)
Enhanced Background check cost is included in AAU adult membership cost.
Apply for Adult AAU memberships early. Background checks sometimes take 2-3 weeks to complete.

HOUSING POLICY

This event has a “Hotel Savings” policy to help manage hotel rates during this high-demand period.

Housing priority based on when Team Entry Fee is received.

To be accepted into this event, all teams outside 120 miles of the Greater Phoenix area must book a minimum of 6 total room nights per team through Traveling Teams (i.e. 3 rooms for 2 nights, 2 rooms for 3 nights, etc.).
